Place 1 1/2 cups frozen pineapple chunks, 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks, 2 scoops vanilla ice cream, 2 ounces pineapple juice, 2 ounces orange juice, and 2 ounces gin in a blender. Blend on high speed until well combined. Scoop into 3 stemmed cocktails glasses and garnish each with a paper straw and umbrella if desired. Serve with spoons.
